• Bike clothes inc. wet weather gear
• Sunglasses (hopefully..)
• Padlock & keys (to use for those stops at tea shops)
• Phone & charger and waterproof cover
• Camera & charger
• Sleeping bag / pillow / camp bed
• Wash bag / suncream / First aid kit
• Energy (Clif) bars
• Powerade / isotonic drinks in powder form
• Energy food (Jelly babies are a favourite), bars of chocolate etc
